How Do I Watch the Live Stream?
The live stream will appear automatically in a window above the wreath below approximately 5 minutes before the start of the service. (Note: The stream will appear and start automatically, do not click anything if you are on this page.)
If you cannot hear sound please click the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the stream to unmute it.
Note: On rare occasions due to circumstances beyond our control such as interruptions to internet services in the area the live stream may freeze, stutter or not appear at all. If this occurs please accept our apologies and come back later to view an uploaded version of the video.
I can see video but there is no sound
As a courtesy, the video stream is usually started with the sound muted. This is so you don't accidentally start playing sound in a quiet environment and disturb others.
If you cannot hear sound please click the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the stream to unmute it.
The streaming is jerky or not smooth
There are many reasons you might not see the stream smoothly. It can be a problem with the transmission, other problems with the internet as the stream travels to the viewer, the viewers internet connection or the device they are watching on.
In most cases it is not something you will be able to correct in the time you have at this moment.
A few suggestions which might help with your problem are listed below:
1. If you are receiving your internet through a modem at home try switching the modem off at the wall, count to 15 and switch it back on.
2. Switch of other devices in the house that may be connected to the modem using internet band width till after the stream has ended.
3. Restart the device you are watching the stream on.
What if there is no live stream available?
In some areas the low levels or total lack of mobile internet service can make live streaming impractical.
In this case a video will be taken of the service and a raw unedited version uploaded to this page for viewing/download later in the day.
Although on most occasions the video is ready for viewing within a few hours of the service there are rare occasions the video may not be available until later in the evening or early the next morning.
Known areas streaming is not possible: Casino Lawn Cemetery.
I missed the stream, can I still watch the video?
Yes you can.
An edited version of the video will be uploaded to this page approx. 3-14 days after the service for viewing and download.
Check this page regularly till you see a notice that the video has been uploaded.:

Can I Download a copy of the Video?
Yes! Once the video has been uploaded you can download it by clicking the three dots in the bottom right hand corner of the video window and choose download.
Note: While this will work on a computer it may not work on tablets or phones.
