It has been my pleasure to assist Mary to stay in her own home over the past few years through my work as one of her carers. Mary was a beautiful person and I was often lucky enough to have Mary play her hymns on the organ while I was there. My sympathy to all who loved Mary

To the Townsends

Our mums (Betty Brown or Aunty Bet as you all called her) were great friends since they were 14 and I believe started working at the Egg Board in Parramatta together. Our families shared many nights at each other's houses - you guys in Epping and us in Guildford.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Having lost mum just last year, seems like this chapter is over for our families.

Mum and Aunty Mary will be watching over us all.

I was a neighbour of Aunty Mary at nth Epping in Sydney she remembers me being born. She was like a second mum to me I will miss her dearly and loved her very much. RIP aunty Mary 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
